Hammock Corridors - The Empty Chair

Beneath the gnarled tree
Hidden in the maze of vines
Center in the ancient grove
Where the finches feel safest to gather
And squirrels freely dine on wild orange treats
Sits an old rugged chair
Its paint now pealing
But still sturdy in the wood
Though empty and quiet it appears
Inhabited by many a dream
Serenaded by truest notes once heard
Inviting one to sit
To fill in the spaces
To Imagine a New Dream
To Compose Notes yet Unheard
If One Is Only Brave
Daring Enough to Seek
Daring Enough Not To Give Up!

May We Find The Courage To Dream and Be Daring Enough To Pursue Those Dreams as our Fore Mothers and Fathers Did!

Spectacular 4th To All Patriots!
